MyShredPal Large Shred Bags
MyShredPal Large Shredding Bags offer a simple and affordable way to manage your document shredding requirements.
Simply choose how many bags you want, and we will post these to you complete with secure ties. Each heavy-duty bag can hold up to 10 kilos for maximum value for money.
You then fill them up and arrange to return them to us or, for an additional fee, arrange a collection.
All this is included in your one-off price so there’s no hidden costs or additional charges to worry about*.

How our great system works…..
Buy your bag
Purchase the number of bags you require, and we will post these out to you within 3-5 working days.
There are no additional or hidden charges*.
Fill your bag up
Once you have received your bag, just fill them up by following the provided guidelines*.
When full, simply seal them using the secure adhesive tape.
Return your bags
To return your bags, just select a date and time that works best for you and book your slot through our online booking system here — quick and easy.
Alternatively, you can also arrange a collection using the same form**.
We'll then do the rest
Paperwork is then shredded to your purchased security level with a certificate of destruction issued on completion.
All paper waste is then recycled into new paper products.
Not used all your shredding bags? Keep them for next time! We’ll keep a log of how many you have brought so feel free to use them now or later, there’s no rush.
Please Note:
- * Please follow our shredding guidelines (included with your order and viewable here), which outline what you can and cannot include/put into our shredding bags. If items are found that cannot be shredded, we reserve the right to charge a contamination charge of £10.00 ex. VAT per bag.
- ** A collection service is available for the additional charge of £15.00 ex. VAT. Please visit our Book Drop Off or Collection page here to arrange collection and payment for this service here.
- Each pre-paid shredding bag has a maximum fill weight of up to 10 kilos. On return, each bag will be weighed to check this. We offer a +10% variation to this weight; thus, weights above 11 Kilograms will be subject to excess weight charges as follows: 40p per kilogram (DIN P-3), 60p per kilogram (DIN P-4), and 80p per kilogram (DIN P-5). If these additional charges are incurred, they will require payment in full before shredding/destruction commences.
- We will apply a contamination charge if items listed within the “Please do not include with your shredding” list are found within your shredding. This charge is £10.00 ex. VAT per box, bag or receptacle affected and is charged in addition to your chosen level of shredding service. This charge will also be applied if paper waste is supplied to us in the following conditions: wet, damp, soiled, dirty or in such a condition that is not normally acceptable. In addition, if sanitary items such as used tissues, wipes and other personal hygiene products are found, this charge is increased to £20.00 ex. VAT per box, bag or receptacle affected and is charged in addition to your chosen level of shredding service. We also reserve the right to apply a disposal charge for disposing of items that we cannot shred. This charge is £10.00 ex. VAT and is in addition to any other charges and chosen level of service.
- Bags purchased and not used can be used at a later date, but they cannot be returned for a refund.
