MyShredPal Mini Shred Bags offer a new, simple, and secure way to shred your documents.

Ideal for home users, each bag can hold up to 250 A4 sheets of paper and is perfect for securely disposing of sensitive data such as bank statements, agreements, and other documents, such as letters.

Shredded to secure DIN level P4 or P5, our low price also includes postage of our bags to you, plus a certificate of destruction once your documents are shredded.

All this is included in your one-off price, so there are no hidden costs or additional charges to worry about with our MyShredPal Mini Shred Bags.

How our Mini Shred Bags work…..

Buy your bag

Purchase the number of bags you require, and we will post these out to you within 3-5 working days.

There are no additional or hidden charges*.

Fill your bag up

Once you have received your bag, just fill them up by following the provided guidelines*.

When full, simply seal them using the secure adhesive tape.

Return your bags

To return your bags, just select a date and time that works best for you and book your slot through our online booking system here — quick and easy.

Alternatively, you can also arrange a collection using the same form**.

We do the rest

Paperwork is then shredded to DIN 4 or 5 security level with a certificate of destruction issued on completion.

All paper waste is then recycled into new paper products.

What is DIN level P-4 security?

DIN level 4 is a high secure level and above the normal Level 3 that is standard amongst our competitors. It crosscuts the paper into particles at least 2x15mm in size. This level is ideal for shredding documents containing personal information.

How much does a Mini Shred Bag hold?

Each bag can hold up to 250 sheets of A4 sized paper and are 250x350mm in size. It’s ideal for documents such as letters, agreements, or bank statements. For larger paperwork such as A3, you can fold this in half.

What can I put in my Mini Shred Bag?

We include with your order our handy guide which tells you what you can and cannot include within your bag. You can also download this here. If we find items that are no permitted, we will impose additional charges. Please refer to the guide for more information on this policy.

How secure are your Mini Shred Bags?

Our Mini Shredding Bags are made from tough polythene so are extremely durable and robust. They are also fully coloured grey to prevent visibility of document enclosed and include a strong sticky strip for sealing which is hard to re-open to prevent tampering with once closed.

Are your bags eco-friendly and recyclable?

We are really committed to reducing our carbon footprint and reducing any unnecessary waste, so our Mini Shredding Bags are made from at least 70% recycled plastic and we recycle used bags to prevent any waste going to landfill.

Do I have to remove staples and paperclips from my documents?
No, you can leave staples, paperclips and other paper fastenings in place.
Do you provide a certificate of destruction?
Yes, for every bag processed, we will send you a certificate of destruction for your records.
Do I have to use all my bags at once?
You can purchase as many pre-paid shredding bags as you want and return them whenever you are ready. We keep a log of how many you have. We however do not offer any refunds for bags purchased and no longer required or have not been used.
Can I see my documents being shredded/destroyed?
To ensure the highest levels of security on our premises, we do no permit customers to enter the secure part of our facility where shredding is carried out.
